Patrice Camhi is a native of New Mexico and starred opposite Steve Martin and Chevy Chase in the hit comedy film "The Three Amigos." She had an important role in last year's unexpected hit "Beetlejuice" directed by Tim Burton. Patrice also has the distinction of being the only woman to guest star twice as Tom Selleck's love interest on two different episodes of the hit series "Magnum P.I." She stretched her acting talents in her sensitive portrayal as an Asian American journalist with whom Magnum falls in love. She has also appeared in theater; music videos by Robbie Robertson, Peter Gabriel, and other musicians; and has won many awards for her work. | |

Last season also saw her in a featured role as an
Indian maiden with the original cast for the television movie
"Return to Gunsmoke" starring James Arness.
Ms. Camhi is a versatile and disciplined actress whose interest in acting began as a teenager when a Sam Peckinpah film was shot near her hometown. After being hired as an extra, Peckinpah recognized her talent and gave her a speaking role. Her interest in acting soon became a desire that led her to the stage of the repertory company , La Compania de Teatro de Alburquerque. |

Patrice applied and was selected to enter the most respected drama school in the world, The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. She was not only chosen from three thousand aspiring actors, but was honored as the only scholarship awardee. Upon completion of the two and a half year program she received five of the most prestigious awards the Academy bestows. |
